The Sydney University Surgical Society (SUSS) and Sydney University Paediatrics Society (SUPS) are proud to present Paediatric Surgery Grand Rounds.
This is an opportunity to hear from our guest speaker, Dr. Matthew Liava’a, a paediatric cardiacthoracic surgeon at Children’s Hospital Westmead.
Come along to learn about cardiac surgery and training pathways. It will also be a great opportunity to review cardiac anatomy, embryology and congenital anomalies. Hear about the current and fascinating techniques used to surgically fix congenital cardiac abnormalities. The talk is titled “Turning Blue Babies Pink”.
